- The competition is open to everyone, both individually and in groups
2. Participants can show talent well, clearly and can be shown LIVE
3. As a selection round, participants must record a video with specifications:
a. 1-2 minute video to showcase the talent that will be contested - Videos are uploaded on their respective social media using the Swancity Talent Hunt frame
c. Videos uploaded on social media with the tag @swancityid and using the hashtag #SwancityTalentHunt
4. Participants in showing their performance are prohibited from containing elements of ethnicity, religion, race (SARA), pornography, provocation and violence
5. Talent will be judged based on quality, ideas/creativity, as well as the number of likes, comments and views obtained
6. The committee’s decision is final and cannot be contested
7. All performance videos uploaded by participants in this competition will become the property of Swancity and can be used by Swancity for promotional purposes in any form - All prizes for winners MUST be collected by the winner, at the Swancity Marketing Gallery (or can be represented by attaching a power of attorney letter)
- Prize tax is borne by the winners
10. Participants who are indicated to have cheated or manipulated likes and views, and do not meet the terms and conditions of this competition will be immediately eliminated & disqualified
11. Participants hereby agree to all terms and conditions, and hold Swancity harmless from all forms of loss, criminal or civil lawsuits, claims, compensation that may arise in the future from any party, including but not limited to any related Copyright infringement. materials used by participants in this competition
Acceptance and Acknowledgement
By submitting this form I hereby state and agree on all the terms and conditions of the competition and shall be responsible for any contents that I used for this competition, including but not limited to any violation on copyrighted object (if any) dan state that the execution of this Registration Form is conducted electronically as the form of verification and authentication of the said Registration Form in accordance with the Government Regulation Number 82 of 2012 regarding Implementation of Electronic System and Transaction, considering the current situation of the COVID-19 virus pandemic, which made it impossible to sign directly. This electronic signature remains valid and is binding to the parties and does not diminish its binding power.
